Our Team
Tara McKone
What began with one small commercial evening job has bloomed into a vast network of the bright, honest, and hard working women and men of Squamish matched with a diverse range of beautiful people and their homes and businesses in the Sea to Sky Corridor.
I am part of the Dream Team. Collectively, we aspire to provide our customers with the best we have to offer. I pass on valuable cleaning skills to women I have sought out in our community specifically for their sweet and honest natures, as well as their ability to work thoughtfully and efficiently.
Every member of our team has been chosen for who she is. I am proud to work with each one. Our cleaning is second to none.
Christine Suter
I knew I wanted Christine to join my team from the moment I met her. She is honest and humble, and fiercely intelligent. She learns quickly and is an amazing team player. While she does dabble in martial arts (which is where we met), she is most passionate about costume creation, off road Subaru racing, and various social butterfly activities like dancing and book clubs. She is a true friend to have.
Christine’s meticulous approach to cleaning has gathered to us a handful of clients that specifically request only her. She also tends to the administrative side of things, handling payroll and other bookkeeping tasks, and for that reason, has limited availability for cleaning.
Meghan Denny
Megan was my massage therapist for years before she joined my team. She found herself entranced with the extraordinary climbing in Squamish and has created a home and family here. We are fortunate to have Meghan.
Her sweet, intentional kindness shines through in everything she does. She really cares about creating clean and warm spaces for others. She applies an unerring efficiency with her swift and well coordinated cleans. And she will always take the time to really listen to you.
Meghan still practices massage, you can find her private practice here.
Francisca Risopatron
I knew Fran was exactly perfect for our team the moment I met her. She was drawn to Squamish by the breath taking climbing our mountains offer. She belongs to a close knit group of warm and honest people who lead their lives with integrity and hard work. Fran is a practicing architect, visiting here from Chile solely to explore and to learn English.
I am so grateful for the time Fran is blessing me with. I have learned so much Spanish from her, and many of our customers have enjoyed her keen attention to detail and kind, quiet demeanor.
I will miss her, let’s all take a moment to thank her for choosing Squamish.
Sarka Lankasova
I met Sarka years ago while she was managing one of our local hotels. Since then, she has managed a catering business, and operated a painting company. I feel so very fortunate that she has continued to work with us.
She is a strong and gentle woman, fluent in two languages, who lives her life to the fullest. She spends much of her time exploring the mountains of our spectacular Shining Valley.
Her cleans are fast and thorough, and she is a particular favourite of many who enjoy her kind presence in their homes.
Desirae Devi
I met Des years ago when she applied to work with me one busy summer. She hails from friendly Manitoba, and was drawn to Squamish for its spectacular climbing opportunities.
She is a passionate adventurer, and has graced the far corners of the world with her delightful presence. In between travels, when she finds herself in Squamish, I am honoured to work with her.
She cleans like none I have encountered before. I wish I could clone her, she’s that good. I feel fortunate to offer her caring touch to as many as I can.
Des is also a talented visual and vocal artist, as well as an inspired healer. More about Des can be found here.
Erik Ellefsen
Erik blazed his way into my life by being spectacularly awful at Squash:). He was my first league match, and my first win:).
We became instant friends, which may explain a lot about our personality types:). Hailing from London England, he chose to make Squamish his home to raise his sweet and very tall son.
He recently began working with me to expand my digital online content and I am eternally grateful for his thoughtful consideration.
He’s a mad genius at anything requiring an artistic touch. His shining accomplishments include the special effects in many movies.
Oh, I should mention he’s gotten a lot better at squash. Jury’s out if he’s better than me as of yet.
The McKone Family
Something unique about my company is my entire family works tirelessly to help keep everything going smoothly.
Sig keeps all my equipment in good repair, Rocky maintains my vehicles, Flint and Reve work with me evenings and weekends keeping the businesses of Squamish spotlessly clean. And Montana, while going to university in Montreal, takes care of all the accounts receivable.
Together we are strong.
